Alternative Family Week: P3 present Day 1 Parenting: The Realities of Becoming a Parent

While there is lots of focus on the different journeys to parenthood, little time is spent focussing on what those first few hours and days look like. Whether a new born joins your life or a toddler via adoption, the realities of a child or children in the house will have a huge impact on the dynamics at home, at work and with friends and family.

This session will look to highlight some of those realities and share stories and tips to help prepare for those moments that either new parents-to-be think won't happen to them or those that all too often we all hear will happen and can't imagine how to prepare for. This candid session will hopefully leave participants laughing and feel a little more prepared for a new unknown.

To join this session you will need to book to attend the 'My Future Family Show', to book your ticket/s please click here.

Hear real life personal accounts of how others have chosen their surrogate and what that has meant for them in their family journey.
